Toughened glass Thermopanel elements guarantee evenly-distributed heat over the whole area while the pre-set automatically-controlled surface temperature keeps food at 70-90ºC and prevents unauthorised adjustments. Each of the two heated panels is 1/1 GN size. The heated quartz gantry provides additional heating and illumination and a Perspex sneeze screen provides a level of protection without compromising food display.
